Take a Pan and add in 2 spoon oil, and add chopped onions ,Garlic and Ginger and stir well
Once onion .. giner garlic are cooked. Add all chopped vegetables.. Capsicum,beans,cabbage,sweetcorn kernels,carrot and saute well
Once veggies are nicely cooked and becomes crispy add in sauces,
1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1 Tsp Soya Sauce, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder , 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 Spoon Vinegar and mix it well
Once all mixed well, Add 2 cups of Water and allow it to boil ,
Now add Cornstarch water and mix it well and lets cook for 5 minutes till the Raw Smell goes off
Now add Noodles to it .. some chopped spring onions and coriander and close the lid for 1 minute
Now Healthy soup is Ready to serve .. its really healthy and nutritious
