Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Cabbage


  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Carrot


  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Capsicum


  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Onion


  • 1 Cup Noodles


  • 2 Cups Water


  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  • 1 spoon chopped Garlic


  • 1 Spoon Chopped Ginger


  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder


  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce


  • 1 tsp Soya sauce


  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar


  • 1 spoon spring onions


  • 2 spoon cooking oil


  • 1 Tsp Corn Flour

Directions

  • Take a Pan and add in 2 spoon oil, and add chopped onions ,Garlic and Ginger and stir well
  • Once onion .. giner garlic are cooked. Add all chopped vegetables.. Capsicum,beans,cabbage,sweetcorn kernels,carrot and saute well
  • Once veggies are nicely cooked and becomes crispy add in sauces,
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1 Tsp Soya Sauce, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder , 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 Spoon Vinegar and mix it well
  • Once all mixed well, Add 2 cups of Water and allow it to boil ,
  • Now add Cornstarch water and mix it well and lets cook for 5 minutes till the Raw Smell goes off
  • Now add Noodles to it .. some chopped spring onions and coriander and close the lid for 1 minute
  • Now Healthy soup is Ready to serve .. its really healthy and nutritious
