  • 400 gm chopped chicken

  • 1/2 cup powdered corn flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

  • 2 tablespoon sliced green chilli

  • 2 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

  • 2 cup chopped onion

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 handful chopped spring onions

  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered salt

  • 1 capsicum chopped

    To prepare this delicious chicken recipe, combine chicken, eggs, ginger garlic paste and corn flour in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients properly. Then in the same bowl, pour enough water so that the chicken pieces are well coated with the batter. Once done, keep aside the batter in a refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours.

    After 1-2 hours, take out the marinade. Next, heat oil in a deep pan over high flame. Carefully place the chicken pieces in the oil until cooked through. Remove and drain excess oil on an absorbent paper. Meanwhile, heat 1 or 2 tbsp of oil in a separate pan over moderate flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the onions and fry for 2-3 minutes till they turn translucent. Then add the green chilies and mix well again. You can also add some dry roasted green chilies to accentuate the taste. Moreover, If you like it very spicy, you can also add some vinegar soaked green chilies to this recipe, as it adds on to the taste and flavor.

    After a while, add soy sauce, vinegar, chicken and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and make sure that the chicken is well coated with the sauces.

    Once done, remove and transfer the dish to a bowl. Garnish with the spring onions, roasted sesame and serve it
