500 Gram Chicken
3 Onion medium size
1 Tomato big size
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 tbsp Dry red chilli
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1.5 tsp Pepper powder use according to ur spice level
0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Bunch Coriander leaves
1/2 Cup Water
3 tsp Gingelly
1 sprig curry leaves
1 TSP Salt- to taste.
In a wide pan, add the oil once it heats up add the mustard seeds and dry chilli.
Add the onions and fry till it is translucent and add the GG paste and fry till the raw smell leaves off.
Add in tomatoes and sauté it for sometime.
Once it is sautéed well, add the pepper powder and turmeric powder, stir occasionally, make sure do not burn, sprinkle some water if needed.
Now add the chicken, sauté for 3 mins,then add some water and salt to it
Cook until you get the desired consistency.Sprinkle some coriander leaves or curry leaves.
