Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 1 bowl semolina


  • 1 bowl chopped vegies like carrot, peas, beans and tomato.


  • 2 spoon ghee


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 spoon mustered seeds


  • 5-6 curry leaves


  • 2 spoon chopped coriander


  • 3/4 spn salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 lemon juice


  • 1 small size onion finely chopped

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a wok put musterd seeds, green chilli and curry leaves when they splutter add chopped onion and saute them.
  • Add remaining vegies and salt saute until vegies become soft.
  • Now add semilina and saute for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add 1 and 1/2 glass water and mix well.
  • Stir continously till upma comes together then add lemon juice and coriander leaves mix well then switch off the gas.
  • Serve hot.
