Heat ghee in a wok put musterd seeds, green chilli and curry leaves when they splutter add chopped onion and saute them.
Add remaining vegies and salt saute until vegies become soft.
Now add semilina and saute for 4-5 minutes.
Add 1 and 1/2 glass water and mix well.
Stir continously till upma comes together then add lemon juice and coriander leaves mix well then switch off the gas.
Serve hot.
