Chicken leg piece 2
Salt as required
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
100 gm thick Yogurt
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp garm Masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Pepper powder
Oil 2 tbsp
mustard oil 1 tbsp
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp chat masala
1 tsp black salt
1 tbsp tandoori masala ( chicken masala)
Tandoori color a pinch
Directions
Mix all the above ingredients well and marinate in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Heat a non-stick pan and add the chicken pieces along with the masala and cook, covered.
Stir the masala frequently till it becomes golden brown and coats the chicken pieces.
Now string the leg pieces on to skewers or a thin Chapati toast grill.
Light a gas burner and roast chicken pieces over high flame till it is well roasted with black dots over it.
Apply a few drops of lemon juice and butter over the chicken.
Serve hot with slices of onion and lemon.
