1 bowl sabudana
3- 4 boiled and mashed potato
1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanut
1 spoon grated ginger
1 spoon salt or as per taste
2- 3 green chilli chopped
1 spoon red chilli powder
2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
200 gram oil for frying
Directions
Wash and soak the sabudana for 4 -5 hrs.
After that strain the sabudana and put in the mixing bowl.
Add all the ingredients except oil mix well.
Make a vada shape.
Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry these vada on midium hot oil. Serve with chutney.
