Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowl sabudana


  • 3- 4 boiled and mashed potato


  • 1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanut


  • 1 spoon grated ginger


  • 1 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 2- 3 green chilli chopped


  • 1 spoon red chilli powder


  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves


  • 200 gram oil for frying

Directions

  • Wash and soak the sabudana for 4 -5 hrs.
  • After that strain the sabudana and put in the mixing bowl.
  • Add all the ingredients except oil mix well.
  • Make a vada shape.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry these vada on midium hot oil. Serve with chutney.
