Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Matar 2 cups


  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp


  • Chopped onions 3


  • Chopped tomatoes 2


  • Cumin powder 1tbsp


  • Coriander powder 1tbsp


  • Garam masala 1tbsp


  • Red chilly powder 1tsp


  • Chopped chilly 1


  • Chaat masala 1tbsp


  • Mint leaves 1 bunch


  • Coriander leaves 1bunch


  • Lemon juice 1


  • Bhujiya 1 cup

Directions

  • Soak matar for 3-4 hours. Pressure cook it with turmeric and salt for 2 whistles
  • Now take pan add some oil. Add bay leaf and chopped onions and saute.
  • After few seconds add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.
  • Add tomatoes chopped all the powdered masalas and mix it well.
  • Add matar and 1 cup of water and cook till it starts boiling.
  • Boil till semi gravy.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Mint chutney- mint leaves, coriander leaves, chilly, salt and lemon juice grind it to smooth paste adding some water.
  • Take a bowl put some matar gravy, break and add 3/4 th samosa some sev, chopped onion, sprinkle some mint chutney.
