Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Matar 2 cups

  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp

  • Chopped onions 3

  • Chopped tomatoes 2

  • Cumin powder 1tbsp

  • Coriander powder 1tbsp

  • Garam masala 1tbsp

  • Red chilly powder 1tsp

  • Chopped chilly 1

  • Chaat masala 1tbsp

  • Mint leaves 1 bunch

  • Coriander leaves 1bunch

  • Lemon juice 1

  • Bhujiya 1 cup

Directions

    Soak matar for 3-4 hours. Pressure cook it with turmeric and salt for 2 whistles

  • 02

    Now take pan add some oil. Add bay leaf and chopped onions and saute.

    After few seconds add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.

    Add tomatoes chopped all the powdered masalas and mix it well.

    Add matar and 1 cup of water and cook till it starts boiling.

    Boil till semi gravy.

    Switch off the flame.

    Mint chutney- mint leaves, coriander leaves, chilly, salt and lemon juice grind it to smooth paste adding some water.

    Take a bowl put some matar gravy, break and add 3/4 th samosa some sev, chopped onion, sprinkle some mint chutney.
