1 bowl chopped vegies like cabbage, tomato, carrot, capsicum, onion
1 spoon cournflour
1 spoon grated ginger n garlic
1 spoon butter
1 spoon tomato sauce
1 glass water
1 spoon chilli sauce.
1/2 spoon salt or as per taste
For garnishing 2 spoon fried noodles and coriander leaves
Heat butter in a pan add grated ginger- garlic and chopped vegies.
Add salt and cook for 4 -5 minutes .
Add all sauces and mix well then add water and bring it to boil.
Now add dissolves cournflour and mix well.
Let it boil for another 3-4 min then turn off the flame.
Garnish with fried noodles and coriander leaves.
