  • 1/2 cup left over brinjal subji

  • 2 teaspoons besan

  • 2 teaspoons rice flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon or to taste Salt for besan and rice flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

  • 1/2 cup or as required Water for making batter


  • 01

    Take a bowl mix besan rice flour salt chilli powder in it and add water to it to make a dosa batter consistency.

    Now take one piece of brinjal and dip in batter and deep fry. Serve with tomato sauce
