  • left over brinjal subji 1/2 cups

  • besan 2 tsp

  • rice flour 2 tsp

  • Salt for besan and rice flour 1/2 tsp

  • chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Water for making batter 1/2 cups

Directions

    Take a bowl mix besan rice flour salt chilli powder in it and add water to it to make a dosa batter consistency.

  • 02

    Now take one piece of brinjal and dip in batter and deep fry. Serve with tomato sauce
