  • 1/2 cups left over brinjal subji

  • 2 tsp besan

  • 2 tsp rice flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt for besan and rice flour

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/2 cups water for making batter


  • Take a bowl mix besan rice flour salt chilli powder in it and add water to it to make a dosa batter consistency.
  • Now take one piece of brinjal and dip in batter and deep fry. Serve with tomato sauce
