Ingredients

Chicken breast pis 1 cut into thin strips Corn Flour- 1 tbsp
All Purpose Flour ( maida) - 1/2 cup Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
food colour ( red) 2 pinch
1 Egg
Oil for Deep frying
Onion 1 medium finely chopped
Garlic cloves 2/3 finly chopped
Green Chillies 2 slit and cut cross wise Coriander leaves half a bunch
Half Lemon juice
Directions
Marinate the chicken with ingredients said above for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes deep fry the marinated chicken for 3 minutes fry medium heat.keep them aside.
In a skillet add oil and the chopped green chillis,chopped onion,and chopped garlic cloves,toss it fried chicken.in cook for 2 minutes. add 2 pinch food colour mix very well.
Then add chopped coriander leaves,and squeeze half lemon juice.
