Ingredients
Serves 2
1 broccoli (350gm)
10-12 garlic cloves
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds (white)
50gm tofu (shredded)
1 tap Salt
1 lemon
Directions
Wash broccoli and cut it's head into small pieces or as required
Crush 10-12 garlic cloves and grate the tofu
Take a baking dish, place broccoli heads and sprinkle grated tofu , crushed garlic, pepper, salt and sesame seed on top of broccoli
Pre heat the oven at 450 degree F and after oven is preheated place the dish into the oven and bake it for 15 minutes
Take out the dish after 15 minutes and squeeze a lemon on top and it's ready to be served.
