Ingredients

  • Bread slices 9


  • Paneer 100grms


  • Cheese cubes 2


  • Oregano 3tsp


  • Chilly flakes 1tsp


  • Black pepper 1tsp


  • Onion chopped 1


  • Capsicum chopped 1


  • Butter 2tbsp


  • Garlic 2 cloves chopped


  • All purpose flour 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Grate paneer and cheese. Mix oregano, chilly flakes, black pepper, onion and capsicum.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Take the bread slices and cut the edges. Roll it thin with the help of rolling pin.
  • Repeat the process with every bread.
  • Put some paneer mixture into the bread and fold it and secure the sides with maida slurry.
  • Take a pan heat some butter add some garlic to it and saute.
  • Brush the butter on the bread and bake for 5 minutes 190 degrees.
  • After 5 minutes turn and again bake for 5 minutes 190 degrees.
