Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup rava


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1/2 beetroot puree for red colour


  • 1/4 cup palak puree for green colour


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 packet eno


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 2 carrot grated


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 3-4 green chilly slitted


  • 1 tbsp chopped green coriander


  • 5-6 curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Mix curd in rava and make thick batter
  • Add half salt and eno packet in it
  • Divide batter in three portion
  • In first batter add palak puree and mix and make mini idili in mini idili maker
  • In second bowl add beetroot puree and in third add turmeric powder
  • Make mini idili in idili maker
  • Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds,curry leaf and green chilly
  • Add all veggies and stir for a min
  • Add colorful idili in it and add salt and mix
  • Garnish with green coriander
