Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup rava

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1/2 beetroot puree for red colour

  • 1/4 cup palak puree for green colour

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 packet eno

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2 carrot grated

  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  • 3-4 green chilly slitted

  • 1 tbsp chopped green coriander

  • 5-6 curry leaves

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

    Mix curd in rava and make thick batter

  • 02

    Add half salt and eno packet in it

  • 03

    Divide batter in three portion

  • 04

    In first batter add palak puree and mix and make mini idili in mini idili maker

  • 05

    In second bowl add beetroot puree and in third add turmeric powder

  • 06

    Make mini idili in idili maker

  • 07

    Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds,curry leaf and green chilly

    Add all veggies and stir for a min

  • 09

    Add colorful idili in it and add salt and mix

  • 10

    Garnish with green coriander
