Ingredients

Chicken= 250 grams ( strip cut)
Salt 1/2 tea spoon
black peppar= 2 Teaspoon
soya sauch = 2 Teaspoon
Red Chilli powder=1 tabelspoon
Ginger garlic paste= 1 tabelspoon
Egg= 1
Corn starch = 20 gms
All Purpose Flour= 30 gm
Oil for deep fry for sause
Cashews = 12/15
dry red chili= 2/3
Onion = 1 chopped
cupcicum = 1/2 chopped
ginger garlic paste=1teaspoon
tometo ketchup =50 milli litter
soya sauce= 1 Teaspoon
red chili sauce = 1tabel spoon
suger= 1 Tea spoon
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch for garnishing
Water 3 tabelspoon
Salt as a tast
Directions
for marination= In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
Marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat suffcient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry chicken until golden brown.Drain it on absorbent paper.
For sauce= Heat oil in a pot add cashews, 3 dry red chilli and fry till the cashews turn golden brown.
Add chopped onion,capcicum,and toss well in the oil.
Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and saute for a minutes.
Now add 1 tabelaspoon red chilli sauce,50 milliletter ketchup,1 teaspoon soya sauce,2 teaspoon suger,1/2 tea spoon salt,and mix well.
Add 3 tabelapoons water and cook this for couple of minutes till the water evaporates and sauce thickens.
Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce.
Mean while check the salt.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
