12 Chicken lollipops 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste Salt to taste Juice of half Lime 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder 2 tbsp Cornflour Black Pepper powder 1 tbsp Maida ( all- purpose flour) 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp Chilli sause 1 Egg beaten Vinegar 1 tsp 1 tsp Ginger fine chopped 1/2 tsp Garlic fine chopped 2 tbsp Tomato sauce 2 tbsp schezwan sauce Fresh Coriander leaves chopped
Wash the chicken lollypops well and drain excess water. Apply ginger garlic paste, salt,black pepper powder,and, lime juice in a bowl and mix well, and keep aside for 15 minutes. Marinate with red chilli powder, soy sauce,vinegar,and keep aside 15 minutes When ready to fry mix in beaten egg,cornflour, all purpose flour and mix well till well combined.
Heat 300 grams oil in the kadai. Marinated lollypops in the fry in hot oil till golden Drain on absorbent paper Heat a non stick pan add 1 tsp oil and put finely chopped ginger garlic,fry them slightly.
Keep the schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, mix this well to create a base sauce Toss the fried lollypops till the sauce coats the lollypops.
Garnish fresh coriander leaves Serve hot
