  • Moong dal-1 cup

  • Capsicum finally chopped- 1/2 cup

  • Carrot finally chopped-1/2 cup

  • Tomato finally chopped-1/2 cup

  • Onion finally chopped-1/2 cup

  • Corriender leaves chopped-2 tbsp

  • Ginger-1 inch

  • Green chilly-2

  • Grated paneer-2-3 tbsp

  • Salt-1 tsp

  • Chaat masala powder-1 tsp

  • Bread-4 piece

  • Oil-2 tbsp

  • Grated coconut-2 tbsp

  • Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp

    Wash and soaked moong dal in water for 3minutes. After 30 minutes grind moong dal, ginger, Green chilly,Grated coconut and make a fine paste . Add salt and red chilly powder and mix well.

    In an another bowl take chopped onion,capsicum,Tomato,Carrot, paneer and Corriender leaves and mix everything well.

    Cut the bread round in shape with the help of glass or katori. Heat a nonstick pan. Add 1tsp oil on pan. Dip bread in a moong dal batter and flatten it on heated pan. Spread the vegetable mixture on top of the bread. Pour some oil on it.

    Cook at low flame .turn it to cook the other side. Cook it to make it crispy.

    Serve Uttapam sprinkle some chaat masala. Garnish with Corriender leaves and serve with coconut chutney.
