Prepare the rice batter by grinding all the ingredients of it.
In a plate just take 2tsp batter and mix turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt in it.
Dip one side of the eggplant slice in it and on the other side spread pizza sauce, cheese, paneer and all the veggies and over it another layer of cheese on it.
Heat a tawa and brush oil on it and then carefully put the eggplant slices on it and cover it for 4-5minutes.
Now your cheesy eggplant slices are ready.
Sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano over it and serve hot.
