  • 1 tbsp Maggi masala


  • 1 tbsp chopped green coriendar


  • 1tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tbsp jeera


  • 1/2 tbsp haldi


  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 2 cup vermicelli


  • 3 cup water

Directions

  • Sabse pahle ek kadai me oil daal k grm kro
  • Fir usme jeera add kro
  • Chopped onion n potato daal k achhe se fry kro
  • Green chilli n tomato add kro
  • Chilli powder dhaniya powder n haldi powder daal k fry kro
  • Paani daal k thodi der boil hone do
  • Fir isme vermicelli or salt add kro
  • 5 minit tk pakne k bad isme Maggi masala or hara dhaniya daale
  • Grm grm pulav ready h
