  • All purpose flour 2 cups


  • Eggs 2


  • Chopped onions 1


  • Chopped chilli 1


  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2


  • Oil 1 cup

Directions

  • Make a soft dough of maida, water, 2tsp oil and salt.
  • Whisk egg add salt, chopped onion and tomato.
  • Whisk it well
  • Now make big round and cut with cookie cutter small rounds.
  • Put some egg mixture into the small rounds and fold it. Fry it till golden and crisp
