Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 red onion thinly sliced


  • 1 .5 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 tsp rice flour


  • 2 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Take onion and apply salt . mash it roughly.
  • When it will realise water add gram flour ,rice flour ,soda and mix well.
  • Add some water if required.
  • Heat oil on high flame .
  • Drop small portion of bhajiye mixture in oil by hand.
  • Deep fry bhajiye until it turns golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil and serve with green chilly chutney.
