Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Minced chicken 200grms


  • Potatoes 2


  • Maggie 2


  • Chopped onions 1


  • Chopped chili 1


  • Maggie masala 2


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Corn flour 4tbsp


  • Chopped coriander 1/4th cup


  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp


  • Bread crumbs 1cup

Directions

  • Take a pan add few drops of oil. Add ginger garlic paste.
  • Saute for few seconds add chopped onions fry it.
  • Add minced chicken and fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Add Maggie masala and green chilly and salt.
  • Mix it nicely.
  • Add boiled potatoes and 1 packet boiled Maggie.
  • Mix all of them really well.
  • Turn off the flame. Let it cool down.
  • Make slurry by adding water to corn flour.
  • And crush some raw Maggie.
  • make balls roll it in bread crumbs and dip it in slurry and then again roll it in raw crushed Maggie.
