Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Minced chicken 200grms

  • Potatoes 2

  • Maggie 2

  • Chopped onions 1

  • Chopped chili 1

  • Maggie masala 2

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Corn flour 4tbsp

  • Chopped coriander 1/4th cup

  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp

  • Bread crumbs 1cup

Directions

    Take a pan add few drops of oil. Add ginger garlic paste.

    Saute for few seconds add chopped onions fry it.

  • 03

    Add minced chicken and fry for another 2 minutes.

    Add Maggie masala and green chilly and salt.

    Mix it nicely.

    Add boiled potatoes and 1 packet boiled Maggie.

    Mix all of them really well.

    Turn off the flame. Let it cool down.

    Make slurry by adding water to corn flour.

  • 10

    And crush some raw Maggie.

    make balls roll it in bread crumbs and dip it in slurry and then again roll it in raw crushed Maggie.
