2 cup chawali beans
1 tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tbsp oil
Directions
Soak chawali overnight.
In a pressure cooker take oil and add mustard
When it pops add ginger garlic paste.
Add onion and saute till it becomes soft
Add tomato and salt.
When oil separates add salt and turmeric as well as red chilly powder.
Add beans and water.
Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles and serve hot with a dash of lime and chopped onion.
