Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 3 wholewheat bread

  • 3 amul cheese slice

  • 3 tsp pizza sauce

  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 1/2 cup cabbage chopped

  • 3 tsp chopped carrot

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 pinch pepper

  • 3 tsp garlic butter

Directions

    Apply butter to bread and toast it.

  • 02

    Add some butter in pan and saute all veggies . add salt, pepper and keep aside.

  • 03

    Apply pizza sauce on bread.

  • 04

    Place cheese slice.

  • 05

    Spread veggies and sprinkle mixed herbs.

  • 06

    Cover it with a lid on a tawa and cook til cheese melts.

  • 07

    Serve hot with ketchup.
