Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Soya chunks 3 cups


  • Vinegar 1tsp


  • Soya sauce 1tsp


  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp


  • Egg 1


  • Corn flour 2tbsp


  • Gram flour 3tbsp


  • Black pepper 1tsp


  • Chilly powder 1tsp

Directions

  • Add some boiling water to the chunks and let it soak for 5 minutes
  • Squeeze out the water and again dip it in cold water.
  • Again squeeze out. Repeat the process for 3-4 times.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, black pepper,salt,soya sauce,vinegar, egg, corn flour and gram flour.
  • Mix it well and rest it for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes fry each of the chunks till golden brown.
