Add some boiling water to the chunks and let it soak for 5 minutes
Squeeze out the water and again dip it in cold water.
Again squeeze out. Repeat the process for 3-4 times.
Now add ginger garlic paste, black pepper,salt,soya sauce,vinegar, egg, corn flour and gram flour.
Mix it well and rest it for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes fry each of the chunks till golden brown.
