  • 1 bowl cream

  • 1 bowl curd

  • 1 tbsp salt 2tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp kasuri methi 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

    Take a bowl add leg pieces make cut in pieces.now add curd cream kasuri methi salt and black salt.mix well .marinate for 1 hr.now add butter now add marinated pieces cook till crisp ...when water evaporates add the pending curd and cream cook till it turns crisp...ready to eat
