Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 small size cauliflower

  • 1 cup gramflour

  • 2 spoon rice flour

  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 spoon turmeric

  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

    Clean the cauliflower florets and keep them in hot water for 5 minutes.

    After 5 min drain it.

  • 03

    In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients except oil and cauliflower.

    Add little water slowly and make smooth better without any lumps.

  • 05

    Now dip the cauliflower florets one by one into the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown colour and crisp.

  • 06

    Serve hot with sause or chutney.
