Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 small size cauliflower


  • 1 cup gramflour


  • 2 spoon rice flour


  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 spoon turmeric


  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Clean the cauliflower florets and keep them in hot water for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 min drain it.
  • In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients except oil and cauliflower.
  • Add little water slowly and make smooth better without any lumps.
  • Now dip the cauliflower florets one by one into the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown colour and crisp.
  • Serve hot with sause or chutney.
