1 bowl hung curd 1bowl coriander and mint 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp salt 1tbsp tandoor masala 1tbsp red chilli 1 tbsp mustard oil 1/2 kg.paneer 1 square cut capsicum
For green tikka -- grind coriander mint add with hung curd and salt tandoor masala salt red chilli and mustard oil mix well .add cheese cubes and marinate for one hour..now take second bowl add hung curd ginger garlic paste salt chilli and paneer cubes with tandoor masala and mustard oil.now roast it by adding capsicum.ready to eat serve it with green chutney and onions .......
