Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 potatoes( boiled)


  • 4 tbsp Grated carrot


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1/2 cup capsicum ( chopped)


  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs


  • 2 tbsp maida


  • 1 cup vermicelli


  • 3 tbsp chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic


  • 1 chopped green chilli


  • 2 tsp Pepper powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste or take it your tastewise


  • 1 cup refined oil to fry


  • 4 tbsp Grated paneer


  • 2 small cheese cubes(grated)


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 spring (chopped) coriander leaves

Directions

  • Peel off thr skin and smash the potatoes.
  • In a bowl add smashed potatoes, grated carrot, 1 tbsp grated paneer. Give it a good mix.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder , garam masala powder in it.
  • Add the grated cheese in it.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the onions , ginger and garlic accordingly and saute them.
  • Then add the potato dough in the pan.
  • Stir it and add green chilli too.
  • Cook in low flame for 1 minute.
  • Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves.
  • Divide the potato dough into 2 equal size balls and make hole in the center by pressing the palm..
  • In another bowl add maida and water to form a batter.
  • Coat the balls in this batter.
  • Then wrap in vermicelli
  • Keep it in the freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan again
  • Deep fry the balls in low flame.
  • Once the balls turned golden brown take it out and keep aside.
  • Now in another bowl add 30 grams of grated paneer.
  • Add 1 tbsp cornflour and pepper powder and salt in it.
  • Shape into small balls that resemble boiled birds eggs.
  • Fry them and switch off the flame. Serve with sauce
