Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup poha


  • 3 tbsp curd


  • 2 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tbsp green coriander


  • 1 carrot finely chopped


  • 1/2 capsicum chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1/4 cup green peas


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 chaat masala


  • 1/4 tsp dry mango powder


  • 1/4 cup green chutney


  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Wash poha and put it in a mixing bowl
  • Now add curd and little water and mix it do not add much water,let it rest for 8-10 mins
  • After that add all the spices and veggies
  • Add water to make it semi solid consistency
  • Take katoori and grease it and fill 3/4 with paste
  • Heat water in a pan and keep all the katoori in it do not keep more water in a pan
  • Cover it with lid and let it cook for 10 mins
  • After that take out the katoori and let it cool down
  • After that demould katoori with help of spoon
  • Heat one spoon oil in a griddle and roast it golden brown from both sides
  • For serving coat sides with green chutney and roasted sesame seeds
