Wash poha and put it in a mixing bowl
Now add curd and little water and mix it do not add much water,let it rest for 8-10 mins
After that add all the spices and veggies
Add water to make it semi solid consistency
Take katoori and grease it and fill 3/4 with paste
Heat water in a pan and keep all the katoori in it do not keep more water in a pan
Cover it with lid and let it cook for 10 mins
After that take out the katoori and let it cool down
After that demould katoori with help of spoon
Heat one spoon oil in a griddle and roast it golden brown from both sides
For serving coat sides with green chutney and roasted sesame seeds
