Ingredients

  • palak leaves -6


  • besan - 1 cup


  • chilli powder -1/4 tbsp


  • chat masala -1/2 tbsp


  • ajwain - 1/4 tbsp


  • haldi powder -1/4 tbsp


  • namak - 1 tbsp


  • oil - 1 cup


  • water - 1/2 cup

Directions

  • Take a bowl and mix besan , ajwain , salt ,laal mirch powder ,chat masala , haldi powder and mix well.
  • Now add water and make a smooth batter.
  • now dip the whole palak leaves into batter , and coat with on both side .
  • slowly drop into hot oil and deep fry
  • fry till they become crispy & golden .
  • remove the palak pakora and drain into a tissue paper.
  • serve with green chatni and tomato sauce.
