Take a bowl and mix besan , ajwain , salt ,laal mirch powder ,chat masala , haldi powder and mix well.
Now add water and make a smooth batter.
now dip the whole palak leaves into batter , and coat with on both side .
slowly drop into hot oil and deep fry
fry till they become crispy & golden .
remove the palak pakora and drain into a tissue paper.
serve with green chatni and tomato sauce.
