Heat 1 tsp oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds
As it crackle add both dal and green chilly
Add this tadka in idli batter and mix
Add salt and eno in it
Grease small tiffin and keep one slice of capsicum and than tomato and pour batter in it
Bake it in idli maker or wok
After 10 mins switch off gas and take it out
Let it cool down demould it and serve it with sauce
