Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup idli batter


  • 1 capsicum cut in slices


  • 1 tomato cut in slice


  • 2 green chilly slitted


  • 1 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tbsp green coriander chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 eno salt


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp channa dal


  • 1/4 tsp urad dal


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds
  • As it crackle add both dal and green chilly
  • Add this tadka in idli batter and mix
  • Add salt and eno in it
  • Grease small tiffin and keep one slice of capsicum and than tomato and pour batter in it
  • Bake it in idli maker or wok
  • After 10 mins switch off gas and take it out
  • Let it cool down demould it and serve it with sauce
