Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowl boiled corn


  • 2 boiled potato cubes


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 spoon ginger and garlic grated


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 6 -7 curry leaves


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1/2 spoon cumin


  • 1/2 spoon turmeric


  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder


  • 1/2 spoon chat masala


  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 1/2 cup phaphara sev (optional )for garnishing

Directions

  • Heat oil in a wok add cumin, green chilli, ginger - garlic and curry leaves saute for few seconds.
  • Add onion and saute until translucent than add tomatoes and saute until mashy.
  • Now add potatoes and corn mix well
  • Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and chat masala, mix well and saute for 2 - 3 min.
  • Add 1 cup water and cover and cook for 4- 5 minutes.
  • Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
  • Garnish with sev phaphara.
