for making batter:
take a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and water.
mix well and make a batter. make sure the batter is neither too thick nor too thin. add soda and mix well, keep aside.
take bread slices and cut the borders, keep aside.
to make stuffing:
take paneer, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt and chat masala. mix well.
now take bread slices and apply green chutney, 1 tsp on each.
spread mixed fruit jam, 1/2 tsp on each
place stuffing on one slice
cover with the remaining slice of bread
cut this into 4 equal pieces
heat oil in a kadai
dip the prepared sandwich into the batter, coat evenly from all the sides.
deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown and crisp from all the sides
repeat frying the rest of bread pakoras
drain on a kitchen tissue and serve hot with ketchup
