Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 12 - 15 redymade golgappe

  • 1 bowl whisked curd

  • 2 boil and mashed potato

  • 1/2 cup tamarind chutney

  • 1/2 cup coriander chutney

  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder

  • 1 spoon chat masala

  • 1/4 spoon black salt

  • 1/2 cup nylon sev

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • 01

    Make a hole in the centre of golgappe and fill with mashed potato.

  • 02

    Put chopped onion, coriander chutney, tamarind chutney and whisked curd in each golgappe.

    Sprinkle chaat masala, black salt, red chilli powder, nylon sev and coriander leaves.

    Serve immediately.
