First take maida in bowl add 1/4 TSP salt,Ajvain,2tsp hot oil mix well n knead medium soft dough with water cover it with cloth n rest for 20 minutes
Heat 2tsp oil in pan add cumin seeds when flutters add cut onion saute it till becomes golden brown
Add garlic ginger paste mix well add red chilli powder , turmeric powder,salt mix well
Now add grated paneer ,mix well, add 1tsp red chilli sauce ,cook with lid on low flame for 5 minutes. Take it down ,add corriander ,stuffing is ready
Now take a small ball of dough, make puri, cut it's sides n make rectangular shape Now take two rectangle stripes n put overlapping each other n put stuffing in the middle as per pic
Now stick two ends with a little applied water shown in pic
Make cuts on the remaining sides n wave mate with the stripes alternately take up n down overlapping each other
Make all samosas woven n ready
Now heat oil ,fry neatly all samosas carefully. First on medium flame then on slow flame so that the overlapping strips should be get fried neatly.
Samosas are ready serv with tomato sauce n spread sev over it.
