For Tandoori Masala:Degi Mirch Powder 2 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Corn Flour for dusting 1 tbsp
For Coating:Chicken 1 1/2 kgs
Degi Mirch Powder 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Yoghurt 1/2 cups
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp(less)
Wash whole chicken both inside and outside. Dry it with paper towel.
Make swift slits on all over the chicken using knife.
Mix Lemon juice,salt,ginger garlic pate,oil,red chili powder and mix it well.
now Insert masala inside the slits as well as inside the cavities of chicken.
Keep it For 15 Minutes.
To the Thick Yoghurt , add on red chilli powder,garam masala, coriander powder,kasoori methi,salt ,oil Mix Well.Add food color if desired.
Now apply the tandoori masala mix which we prepared in last step on all over chicken.
Cover and Keep it to marinate in a refrigerator for one night.
Remove it from refrigerator before 30 minutes before you want to make it.
Dust the corn flour over the chicken . And Brush Some oil on the top of it.
In a baking tray,place a cooling or grill rack on top of it and place our chicken on top of cooling rack.
Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes flip the chicken and again bake for another 20 minutes.
Now again Flip it for last time and bake it for final 20 minutes.
Serve Hot With Salad and Lemon Wedges.
