Take a big plate add maida and salt, make a tight dough by adding little by little cold water, cover and keep this dough for 1 hr
Take a bowl add cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum, add salt in it, keep it aside for 5 min. After 5 min squeeze the water from vegitable, then add finely chopped mashroom in squeezed veggies
Now take a pan add 1 tsp oil in it heat on medium flame, then add chopped garlic and ginger, saute them for few sec then add squeezed veggies, tuffo, cook them for a 1/2 mint, then add soya sauce, vinegar, and crushed black pepper, cook them for 2 min and keep a side for cooling ,
For making wolton: take the dough that we have made earlier, kneed it well,
Now make small small lemon size balls, roll it to a thin sheet, cut them into a small square, size
Now place the veggies stuffing in center, and make a triangle shape, stick all the corner well
Now take two sides corners and take them into the center and stick them
Prepared all the waltons like this way, cover it with with clothe and keep it aside
For making saup : take a sauce pan add 1 tsp oil
Add ginger garlic, and finally chopped 1tbs cabbage, tbs carrot, then add 1tsp vinegar, and 1 tsp soya sauce, add 3 cup water
Bring it to boil
Then add prepared walton, and slow the flame and let it cook walton in saup of 6 to 8 min.
Now add finely chopped 1 tbs green part of spring onion,
Serve hot as a appitizer
