3 raw bananas/ 1 potato boiled/ 1/2 cup boiled corn/1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste/2 table spoon chopped onions /2 teaspoon chopped green chilli/ 1 teaspoon red chilli powder/1 teaspoon garm masala powder/ a few chopped pudina leaves/3 table spoon roasted gram flour/Refine oil for shallow frying / salt/ a few drops of kewra essence
Directions
Pressure cook the banana and potato with skin./keep it aside for cooling/In a big bowl add boiled corn boiled potato and banana/Add chopped onions and garlic ginger paste/Add red chilli powder and garam masala powder/add salt/ add pudina leaves/add roasted gram flour/add essence/mix all ingredients until combined/Grease your hands and make kebab from the dough./ Shallow fry the kebab on medium heat/ serve hot with mint chutney
