Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup puffed rice


  • 1/2 cup chopped onion


  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 cup smashed potatoes


  • 4 tablespoon gram flour


  • 1 table spoon rice flour


  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 cup white oil for frying


  • 4 cucumber slices


  • 4 onion slices


  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise


  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce


  • 4 toothpick

Directions

  • In a big container add chopped onion chopped coriander leaves garlic paste ginger paste smashed potatoes gram flour rice flour coriander powder red chilli powder green chillies. Mix well.
  • Add puffed rice salt and 2 tablespoon water. Mix all ingredients and make a dough
  • grease a plate with oil then place the dough over the plate near about 1 inch depth.
  • Cut the dough in square shape.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the square shape dough in medium heat. The pakoda is ready.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the cucumber slices and tomato ketchup on the the onion slices. now place two other side the cucumber and onion slices of the pakora.
  • Put a toothpick inside the middle portion of the pakoda then serve it.
