In a big container add chopped onion chopped coriander leaves garlic paste ginger paste smashed potatoes gram flour rice flour coriander powder red chilli powder green chillies. Mix well.
Add puffed rice salt and 2 tablespoon water. Mix all ingredients and make a dough
grease a plate with oil then place the dough over the plate near about 1 inch depth.
Cut the dough in square shape.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the square shape dough in medium heat. The pakoda is ready.
Spread mayonnaise on the cucumber slices and tomato ketchup on the the onion slices. now place two other side the cucumber and onion slices of the pakora.
Put a toothpick inside the middle portion of the pakoda then serve it.
