Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For dough - 1 bowl all purpose flour


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 1/2 spoon salt


  • For stuffing - 1 cup grated beetroot


  • 1 cup grated carrot


  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1 spoon soya sauce


  • 1 spoon sezwaan sauce


  • 1 chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Put all dough ingredients in a big bowl knead to stiff dough with water and keep aside for 15 minutes .
  • For stuffing, combine all stuffing ingredients mentioned above.
  • Now take dough and divide into equal parts.
  • Make a ball and roll it thin.
  • Put 1 spoon stuffing in centre and seal edges give shape as desired. Prepare all dumpling.
  • Greese steamer plate with oil and put prepared dumpling on it.
  • Heat steamer and steam dumpling for 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with sezwaan sauce.
