Put all dough ingredients in a big bowl knead to stiff dough with water and keep aside for 15 minutes .
For stuffing, combine all stuffing ingredients mentioned above.
Now take dough and divide into equal parts.
Make a ball and roll it thin.
Put 1 spoon stuffing in centre and seal edges give shape as desired. Prepare all dumpling.
Greese steamer plate with oil and put prepared dumpling on it.
Heat steamer and steam dumpling for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with sezwaan sauce.
