Ingredients
Serves 2
2 medium sized boiled potato mashed or grated
1 cup grated cauliflower florets
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1 cup- bread crumbs
1 medium size onion chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
1 green chili chopped
3 tablespoon gram flour
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow fry
Directions
Add all the ingredients except oil and bread crumbs and mix everything well. Do not add water as the mixture will bind on its own moisture.
Heat 2-3 tablespoon oil in a pan and meanwhile make small patty by rolling a handful of the mixture into a ball and flattening it with your palm. Roll these in bread crumbs.
