Pepper powder 1 tsp

Kashmiri red chilli powder 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Tandoori masala powder 2 tsp
Mustard oil 3 tbsp
Clean chicken pieces and give deep slits with a sharp knife..
Now marinate chicken with the rest of the given ingredients for 24 hours in refrigerator..
Bring out the chicken from the refrigerator 15 min before roasting..
Place the chicken pieces on the grill rack..
Cook in micro grill combi function for 12-15 min..
Brush butter in between..
Turn pieces and brush once more and grill for 5 min for making the chicken pieces crisp..
