In a bowl add boiled banana and mashed with a fork.
Add boiled grated potatoes, green peas, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mint leaves,garam masala, grated ginger, chopped green chili, bread crumbs, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients until form a soft dough.
Take a small portion of dough and make a kabab and shallow fry from both sides till golden brown.
