Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 boiled potatoes


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 cup boiled basmati rice


  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • 2 Green Chili finely chopped


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1 teaspoon Kitchen King masala


  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves


  • 2 cups oil

Directions

  • In a big bowl Mash the potatoes
  • Mix all the ingredients like Garam Masala red chilli powder green chilli rice flour ginger garlic paste
  • Mix all the ingredients properly make a hard dough if needed add one spoon more rice flour
  • Now take a small piece and roll it on chopping board or plane surface
  • Now Sprinkle or spread boiled rice on chopping board and again roll it
  • all rice will stick on the outer surface of the croquettes
  • Now heat the oil in kadai
  • fry these croquettes on medium flame
  • When it turns in golden colour take it out in the plate
  • serve hot with tomato ketchup
  • And the beautiful rice croquettes are ready
