Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 boiled potatoes

  • 2 tbsp rice flour

  • 1 cup boiled basmati rice

  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

  • 2 Green Chili finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon Kitchen King masala

  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves

  • 2 cups oil

Directions

    In a big bowl Mash the potatoes

    Mix all the ingredients like Garam Masala red chilli powder green chilli rice flour ginger garlic paste

    Mix all the ingredients properly make a hard dough if needed add one spoon more rice flour

    Now take a small piece and roll it on chopping board or plane surface

    Now Sprinkle or spread boiled rice on chopping board and again roll it

    all rice will stick on the outer surface of the croquettes

    Now heat the oil in kadai

    fry these croquettes on medium flame

    When it turns in golden colour take it out in the plate

    serve hot with tomato ketchup

    And the beautiful rice croquettes are ready
