Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cup corn flour


  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp black paper powder


  • 1/2 cup process cheese grated


  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated


  • 1/2 cup boiled corn kernels


  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum


  • 2 tsp chili flakes


  • 2 tsp oregano


  • 2 tsp green chili paste


  • 1 cup bread crumbs


  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry

Directions

  • Mix both the cheese in a bowl
  • Add green chili paste , chili flakes, oregano, capsicum and sweet corn
  • Mix well and make a Patice
  • In an another bowl add all purpose flour and corn flour add salt and black paper powder
  • Add 3 tbsp water and make a slary
  • Deep Patice in slary and coat with bread crumbs
  • Again do the same twice
  • Put Patice in to freeze to set for 20 to 30 minutes
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry Patice in hot oil
