  • 1st Marination:-RedChilli Pwd-1/2 tblsp,Haldhi pwd-1/2 tblsp,Zeera pwd-1/2 tblsp,Dhania pwd-1/2 tblsp,Salt To Taste,Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblsp,Fresh Mint and Coriander leaves finely chopped,Lemon juice as required,2nd marination:-Tandoori Masala Pwd-2 tblsp,Salt to taste,Haldhi pwd-1/2 tsp,GingerGarlic Paste-1 tblsp,Lemon juice as required,RedChilli pwd -1 tsp,HungYogart-1/2 cup,Garam masala-1 tsp,Chaat Masala-1 tsp,Besan-2 tblsp.

    1st step:-Mix all d things of the 1st marination very well.Make a split in the fish and stuff the marination inside it.Next make splits on the outer body of the fish.Mix all things of 2 nd marination very well.Coat the whole fish with the 2 nd marination and keep it aside for 3 hrs.Take a baking tray ,use silver foil in it.Transfer the marinated fish in it.Bake the fish in a pre-heated oven at 200 degree C for about 20 mins.
