Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup maida


  • 1 cup chopped palak


  • 1 spoon salt


  • 1/2 spoon pepper powder


  • 2 cup boiled corn


  • 1/8 spoon turmeric


  • 1spoon chat masala


  • 250 ml oil


  • 1 spoon chilly powder

Directions

  • mix the flour, blanched and ground palak, pepper powder , salt and two spoonhot oil
  • make small dumplings
  • mix corn, chilly powder, chat masala and salt
  • roll the dumplings into thin disc, cut at the centre and place one spoon of corn mixture at one edge
  • fold and press the edges
  • keep all samosa ready and deep fry in hot oil on low flame till golden
